- 1/2 cup besan (kadalamavu)
- 1 Greenchilli chopped
- 1 1/2 tsps chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- salt
- water

Instructions
- Marinate the fish with ingredients under "marinate" for 15 mins
- Prepare the batter by mixing together besan , gingergarlicpaste , redchilli powder , greenchilli,omam baking soda ,salt , water to a baji batter consistency.
- Dip the marinated fish in batter and deep fry it till golden brown..
